Shipping + Returns

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • All orders ship via USPS
  • Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your items will ship out. Note, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise
  • For domestic orders we offer free standard shipping for orders over $99
  • For domestic orders under $99, orders ship for a flat rate of $8.99
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from the date your order was shipped
  • For lost or stolen packages please file a claim with route 

International Shipping

      • All international orders ship via USPS
      • All international orders are DDU
      • At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders

Return + Exchange Policy

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date
  • All sale merchandise, gift cards, and masks are final sale and are non-refundable
  • Full-priced merchandise is accepted online or in any Mixology store (See in-store returns)
  • Once your return is received by our returns department we will refund you to the original form of payment
  • Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your total refund
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection, some exceptions apply
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show up on your account

Online Returns

  • To start a return please click here
  • Follow the prompts and select the items you wish to return, along with your return reasoning
  • Download and print the return label
  • You’ll get an Instant Credit to place an immediate repurchase or get a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your package
  • Place your return back into the original packaging and attach the USPS return label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest USPS location
  • Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost that will be deducted from your total refund
  • Online returns can also be returned in-store for store credit only
 

In-Store Returns

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations for store credit, valid for 1 year
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
