SHIPPING + RETURNS

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your items will ship out. Note, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
  • For domestic orders we offer free standard shipping for orders over $75
  • For domestic orders under $75, orders ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from the date your order was shipped
  • If you would like to have you order expedited, we offer 3 types of shipping options via UPS for delivery within the United States:
    • 3 Day Select
    • 2nd Day Air
    • Next Day Air
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • Customers can select UPS or USPS for international orders
    • Currently, we do not ship to Europe
    • All international orders are DDU
    • At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date (Extended during holiday season)
  • Sale merchandise and gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable
  • Full-priced merchandise is accepted online or in any Mixology store (See in-store returns)
  • Once your return is received by our returns department we will refund you to the original form of payment
  • Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost that will be deducted from your total refund
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection, some exceptions apply
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show up on your account

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

    • We extended our return policy for the holidays! Items purchased between 11/18/19-1/5/20 will be accepted for full refund or merchandise credit
    • Sale merchandise and gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable

ONLINE RETURNS

  • To start a return please click here
  • Follow the prompts and select the items you wish to return, along with your return reasoning
  • Download and print the return label

  • You’ll get an Instant Credit to place an immediate repurchase or get a refund on your card once we receive your package
  • Place your return back into the original packaging and attach the USPS return label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest USPS location
  • Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost that will be deducted from your total refund
 

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations for store credit, valid for 1 year
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

PRIVACY STATEMENT

  • We do not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
