Holiday Returns FAQ

  • I bought a gift. Will the recipient be able to return it?
    • Yes, we will be accepting Holiday returns via mail until 1/6/18.
    • Returns will only be accepted on full price clothing (no accessories, jewelry, candles, or Final Sale items will be accepted).
  • How do I include a gift receipt?
    • Please write in the "Note to Mixology" box at checkout that you would like a gift receipt included.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    • Yes, please select the "Free Holiday Wrapping" box at checkout.
    • A gift box and tissue paper will be included with your order (the item itself will not be wrapped).
