Mixology Senior Sales/Stylist

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

Customer Service

  • Provide direct customer service on the sales floor
  • Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise

  • Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations
  • Set an example of exceptional customer service by leading sales efforts on the selling floor
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
  • Protect store assets and inventory. Reconcile inventory to identify and reduce shrinkage.
  • Implement company policies and procedures


  • Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising to maximize selling opportunities
  • Manage and ensure stock level is appropriate to maximize selling
  • Ensure the garment presentation, garment level and visual standards are presented according to Mixology's expectations
  • Ensure and follow up on all activities concerning campaigns, promotions and sales activities in his/her store


  • Establish, monitor and follow up on sales goals, sales plans and sales budgets
  • Execute reductions, price changes and transfers
  • Receive, open and unpack merchandise
  • Have working knowledge and oversee use of all company systems in stores


  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in boutique retail sales
  • Full understanding of specialty retail
  • Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email
  • Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs
  • Strong leadership critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • A positive, outgoing, high energy personality that is entrepreneurial, who is sales focused and takes full ownership of the store’s business at all levels
