Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 3PM EST, or on weekend days will begin processing the next business day. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process and fulfill your order. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders $75

You will receive your order 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Standard Ground Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

Unless upgraded, merchandise ships for a flat rate of $8.99 within the continental United States. Mixology provides free shipping on all orders over $75.00 with no coupon code required.

Expedited orders

We offer 3 types of expedited shipping options (UPS) for delivery within the United States:
  • 3 Day Select
  • 2nd Day Air
  • Next Day Air
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship to Europe.
Other international orders ship via USPS.
Tracking Your Order
To track your shipment via USPS/UPS, refer to your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the USPS or UPS website.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.


Don't love it? Don't worry! Returns and exchanges are easy. Simply send your item back or bring it to a store near you. 
Customers returning items to our Returns Department via mail will be refunded in the form of payment originally used.
Customers returning items in store will be issued a merchandise credit valid for one year, for use exclusively in brick-and-mortar Mixology Store locations.  
Exchanges or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail or in any Mixology store. All claims must be presented with the receipt, tag still on and the item in the same condition which it was received. All items shipped have already gone through a thorough quality inspection.
Some exceptions may apply. Please note that sale merchandise, accessories, and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges on this merchandise will not be accepted.
Sending Through Mail 
1. You must provide your own return label via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. (Your choice!)
2. Send it back within 14 days from when it was delivered. 
3. You must provide the invoice that was sent with your purchase to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Returning In Store 
1. Bring the invoice along with the merchandise being exchanged into any Mixology location. With this method, the sales associate will provide you with a printed store credit that may be used in any store location, not online.

All coupon codes are non-combinable. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
