SHIPPING + RETURNS

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your items will ship out. Note, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
  • For domestic orders we offer free standard shipping for orders over $75
  • For domestic orders under $75, orders ship for a flat rate of $8.99
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from the date your order was shipped
  • If you would like to have you order expedited, we offer 3 types of shipping options via UPS for delivery within the United States:
    • 3 Day Select
    • 2nd Day Air
    • Next Day Air
  • Currently, we do not ship to Europe. All other international orders will ship via USPS
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date
  • Sale merchandise and gift card purchases are final sale and are non-refundable
  • Full-priced merchandise is accepted online or in any Mixology store (See in-store returns)
  • Once your return is received by our returns department we will refund you to the original form of payment
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection, some exceptions apply
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to show up on your account

ONLINE RETURNS

  • You must provide your own return label via USPS, UPS, or FedEx..etc. (Your Choice!)

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations for store credit, valid for 1 year at any of our store locations
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
