- Orders placed after 3PM EST will begin processing the next day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your items will ship out. Note, shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
- For domestic orders we offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.
- For domestic orders under $99, orders ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from the date your order was shipped.
- If you purchases LABL package protection please file a claim by emailing customerservice@shopmixology.com for a lost or stolen package.

- All international orders ship via USPS.
- All international orders are DDU. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. The customer will get contacted once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges with customs in order for the package to be released and delivered.
- At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.
What is the final day to place an order to ensure delivery by Christmas?
The final day to place is an order is December 17th, 2024 .
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the date the order is fulfilled.
- All sale merchandise, gift cards, and bodysuits are final sale and non refundable.
- Full-priced merchandise is accepted online or in any Mixology store (See in-store returns section).
- A $8 handling fee will also be deducted from your refund for all returns.
- Once your return is received by our online returns department we will refund you to the original form of payment (online only).
- Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your total refund.
- All returns are subject to a quality inspection, some exceptions apply.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to show up on your account.

Events
Is my charity eligible for an event?
- All charities are eligible for an event in one of our stores! All we need from you will be the name of the charity, date and time desired, a copy of the organization's W9 form, and your organization's Tax ID. You will need a representative from your charity at the store at the time of the event.

What percentage of sales does my charity receive?
10% of each sale, in the desired store and online, will go to the charity of your choice.We will offer an online code at checkout for those that will not be able to be in attendance at your event!
When can my organization host an event?
We host events Monday - Thursday! You can host your event during our normal store hours (10AM - 6PM), or you can have a private shopping event after hours and invite people to attend.
Contact your local Mixology to see what date fits their schedule best! Be sure to let the store know you are interested in hosting an event a couple weeks before. We would love to have the chance to spread the word and we hope you would too!
How do I promote my event at your store?
We've got you covered!
Mixology's team is excellent at delivering all of the content you need to spread the word! Social media posts and flyers will be created, as well as a poster for the store of choice! We also will send out email blasts to our email lists to let our customers know.
Personal Appointments
Do you offer private shopping?
Yes! We offer private shopping and one on one styling sessions with our lead stylists. You now have a personal concierge service to help answer any questions that you may have.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! We offer group shopping sessions with our lead stylists. Reach out to your local store to organize a sip and shop or private shopping event.
