Mixology Clothing Company Brings the Heat to Merrick with Exclusive Pop-Up Store

[MERRICK, NY] June 5, 2024– Mixology Clothing Company is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its pop-up store in Merrick, Long Island. This location at 1640 Merrick Road opened its doors June 1, 2024 and will be open until the end of the month. The pop-up will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Merrick Commons shopping center.

Since Mixology Clothing Company has many employees and customers who live in Merrick and in the surrounding areas, Jordan and Gabrielle Edwards thought this was the perfect place to open up this temporary store location. “Merrick has always been a town on our radar, mostly because our customers have always asked us to open up there! When we decided we wanted to open a Pop Up for the month of June, Merrick was the perfect choice. We have an incredible staff that lives locally and it is in the perfect location in between our Oceanside and Woodbury stores. No better way to test a market for a permanent location than to spontaneously open up a pop up in a week!” said Gabrielle Edwards, President and Head Buyer at Mixology Clothing Company. Due to the manager of the Mixology Roslyn locations efforts, Patricia was able to take the space which was previously a gym and completely redecorate it to be a trendy and flourishing retail space. At this temporary location, customers will be able to experience the unique blend of style and chicness of all of their full priced merchandise.

“Mixology's spirit at its core is intrapreneurial - our managers are mini owners of their own businesses within their local communities. However, we all work together towards one goal at the end of the day and this past week it was all moving as one to open the Merrick Pop Up!  Whether stores transferred merchandise, stepped up to staff the location, or created social media content, our core value of taking extreme ownership was on display at the top levels of execution as everyone welcomed our 17th location to the "Mix"!” said Rebecca Lendino, Vice President of Mixology Clothing Company.

Since 2009, Mixology Clothing Company has had one mission: to inspire confidence. Think of them like a best friend or second mom, here to help you get ready for all of life’s events. They strive to go the extra mile for their customers and everyone who makes their business what it is, a family. Mixology was born from mixing high and low price point items to create a chic look at an affordable cost.
