What is MyMixology?
MyMixology is our loyalty program created to reward you for shopping with us. Members earn points on purchases, unlock exclusive perks, and enjoy special rewards like birthday gifts, early access to sales, and more. Joining is free and easy. If you already have a Elite Rewards account, you’re automatically enrolled 💕
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop with us while logged into your account. Points are earned based on your purchase subtotal (before taxes and shipping) and your loyalty tier.
You can also earn bonus points by:
- Creating an account
- Downloading the Mixology app
- Leaving a product review
- Following us on social
- Celebrating your birthday
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points directly at checkout when you’re logged into your account. Available reward options and point balances will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Can I use my points in-store?
Yes. Points can be used in-store by providing the email associated with your MyMixology account or by scanning your wallet pass.
Why didn’t my points show up?
Points are typically added to your account shortly after your order ships. If you don’t see your points:
- Make sure you were logged into your account at checkout
- Confirm your order hasn’t been returned or refunded
If something still doesn’t look right, our customer service team is happy to help.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 24 months after they are earned.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of points I can use?
Yes.
- A minimum number of 500 points is required to redeem a reward.
- There is a maximum number of 5,000 points you can redeem per order.
Redemption options and limits will always be shown in your account and at checkout.
What’s the difference between birthday and anniversary rewards?
- Birthday rewards are issued once per year on your birthday. Be sure your birthday is added to your account before your birthday to receive the reward.
- Anniversary rewards are based on the date you joined MyMixology and are issued annually.
Rewards do not roll over if unused.
How do returns or exchanges affect my points?
- Returns: Points earned on returned items will be removed from your account.
- Exchanges: Points will be adjusted based on the final item kept. If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you’ll earn points on the difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, points may be reduced.
If points were used on an order that is later returned, eligible points may be reissued.
How do loyalty tiers work?
Your tier is based on your total spend within a 12-month period. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you qualify. New perks unlock immediately after upgrading.
I’m an existing customer. Am I automatically enrolled?
Yes. If you already have a Elite Rewards account, you’re automatically enrolled in MyMixology Loyalty. Simply log in to view your points, rewards, and tier status.
What is the Hug Club?
The Hug Club is an exclusive perk for members in our Exclusive rewards tier. Hug Club members get access to special drops, including exclusive merch and accessories you won’t find anywhere else. Stay tuned for even more Hug Club perks coming in Spring 2026.
