Mixology Clothing Company was proud to collaborate with NXT UP TEENS to host a Career Night at our Rye Brook location, welcoming local students for an inside look at careers in fashion, retail, and entrepreneurship. Attendees spent the evening learning directly from our leadership team, including CEO Jordan Edwards and President and Head Buyer Gabrielle Edwards, gaining perspective on how a family-founded business operates and grows.
Throughout the evening, teens engaged in open discussion with both speakers, gaining valuable insight into entrepreneurship, leadership, and building a career in fashion and business. Attendees were invited to bring resumes for a chance to be selected for an exclusive shadowing opportunity with Jordan or Gabrielle Edwards, offering firsthand exposure to executive leadership within a growing fashion brand.
Students were introduced to Mix U, our internal training program designed to develop talent from within and provide real pathways into the industry. “At Mixology Clothing Company, one of our core values is Inspire Confidence, and that applies to the next generation as well,” said CEO Jordan Edwards. “Events like this allow us to connect with future team members and help them see what’s possible.”
The event was also featured in Patch, highlighting the impact of the experience and the opportunity for students to gain hands-on career insight.
