Who can join?

Anyone! When you sign up for an account on our website, you're automatically enrolled. If you've previously made an account on ShopMixology.com, you're already a member of our ELITE program!

If you have an account at a Mixology store location, your online account needs to match the email on file in stores.

How do I get started?

It's super easy! If you have an existing ShopMixology account, simply log in here. After you're signed in, check out the star icon on the bottom right for more ways to earn Stars!

If you shop in store, just make sure the email address on your store account matches the one you log in with online!

How do I earn ELITE Stars?

There's tons of ways to earn! Every time you shop online and in store, you earn 3 Stars for every dollar you spend, no exclusions. Spread the love on social media to earn more Stars. You'll even get a special treat on your birthday. Click here to start earning Stars.

How do I see how many Stars I have?

Click here to open the ELITE launcher in the bottom right. After you log in, your Stars will be displayed at the top.

How do I exchange Stars for Rewards?

There are two options to exchange Rewards for Stars:

  • When you are ready to check out, you will see an option on the right side of your checkout page to redeem your stars. After you click on the Redeem button, your rewards will be automatically added to your order.
  • Click here to view all available Rewards. Select the Reward you want to claim, and click Redeem. Then use that code at checkout.

*If you have already redeemed your Stars in the ELITE dashboard, your rewards code can be found in your email or under Your Rewards in the dashboard. Please copy & paste that code in the discount field at checkout.  

How do I redeem my Reward for an online purchase?

Once you have your first 500 Stars, you're eligible for a $5 Reward. There are two ways to redeem your Reward.

  • Redeem in the ELITE launcher
    1. Open the launcher by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
    2. If you have a reward to redeem, there will be a pink Redeem button to click.
    3. Once you click Redeem, you will be given a code to copy to your clipboard and enter at checkout.
    4. If you navigate away from this without using or copying your Reward code, you can find your Reward code near the bottom of the ELITE launcher homepage under Your Rewards. The Reward code will also be emailed to you.
  • Redeem at checkout
    1. Add cute stuff to your cart and proceed to checkout.
    2. If you have Stars that haven't been converted to Rewards in the launcher, a dropdown menu will allow you to select the Rewards you have available.
    3. Select the Reward amount you'd like to redeem and a gift card code will automatically be deducted from your total!
    4. If you've already redeemed your Stars for a Reward, this method will not work– simply use the code emailed to you in the gift card field at checkout.

How do I redeem my Reward for an in-store purchase?

  1. Follow steps above for online Reward redemption.
  2. Use Reward code to purchase an ELITE in-store gift card here.
  3. You will receive an email with a Reward gift card code which can be applied in-store.
  4. Show gift card code to sales associate at checkout.
  5. As we are Beta testing, please allow up to 48 hours for in-store gift card activation.

When can I use my Stars?

After you've accumulated as little as 500 Stars, you can redeem your Stars for Rewards on your next purchase.

How do I earn Rewards for my birthday?

To start earning Rewards on your birthday, first you need to save the date! You can do this at the bottom of the menu here. Make sure you let us know at least a month in advance -- otherwise, you'll have to wait until next year!

What if I make a return?

Sorry it didn't work out! Any Stars earned for a purchase are automatically deducted from your balance upon return. If you used a Reward on your purchase, it will be deducted from the total amount of your return.

I should've earned Stars, but I didn't.

I think I lost my Rewards!

Don't worry! You might have redeemed your Stars for a coupon code already. Just open the launcher on the bottom right (or click here) and scroll down until you see "Your Rewards." Click there and you'll find any unused coupon codes you might have! Just use those at checkout like a gift card.

If I already had an account online, do I still get Stars for signing up?

Of course! Your Stars should appear as soon as you sign in to your existing account.

How do I cancel my Mixology ELITE membership?
